Ignite your passion to share the life-giving message of salvation found in Jesus! Learn how to avoid common pitfalls that can derail your attempts to reach out with God’s love. Hear from the heart of seasoned evangelists and missionaries who will equip you with strategies and tools for effective evangelism and missions ministry today.

Gifts of Healing

3.0 credits | Greg Ramage

God gives good gifts—and healing is one of them! In this course, Gifts of Healing with Greg Ramage, we’ll explore what the Bible says about divine healing and how the Holy Spirit empowers believers to minister healing today. God is the Great Physician, and He’s still healing hearts, minds, and bodies. This class will help you understand your role in His healing work and equip you to step out in faith, compassion, and boldness. Whether you're new to this area or ready to grow deeper, come discover how the gifts of healing can flow through your life for the glory of God.

Soul Winning

1.5 credits | Evangelist Brad Mayer

Soul Winning is a dynamic and practical course designed to equip believers with the heart, boldness, and tools to share the Gospel effectively. Taught by Evangelist Brad Mayer, this class will ignite a passion for the lost and teach you how to confidently lead others to Christ in everyday moments and ministry settings. Through biblical teaching, real-world application, and Holy Spirit empowerment, you’ll learn how to partner with God in the greatest mission of all—bringing souls into His Kingdom.

Ministering to Seniors

3.0 credits | Rev. Lorna Martin

Ministering to Seniors is a heartfelt and practical course that equips students to serve, support, and spiritually uplift the senior generation. Led by Rev. Lorna Martin, this class explores the unique needs, challenges, and strengths of seniors within the Church community. You'll learn how to minister with compassion and bring encouragement, healing, and purpose to this vital and often overlooked group. Whether through visitation, prayer, teaching, or simply being present, you’ll be empowered to honour and serve seniors with the love of Christ.

Indigenous Ministry 1

3.0 credits | Roberta Fiddler

Indigenous Ministry is a powerful course that invites students to engage with the heart of God for Indigenous peoples and communities. Taught by Roberta Fiddler, this class offers cultural insight, historical context, and Spirit-led strategies for building meaningful relationships and ministering with respect, humility, and love. Students will gain a deeper understanding of Indigenous worldviews, the impact of past injustices, and the healing power of reconciliation through Christ. Whether you feel called to Indigenous ministry or want to grow in awareness and compassion, this course will equip you to serve with wisdom, grace, and honour.

Pastoral Leadership

3.0 credits | Pastor Brent Rudoski

Pastoral Leadership is a foundational course for those called to shepherd, lead, and serve the body of Christ with integrity and vision. Taught by Pastor Brent Rudoski, this class equips students with practical tools and Biblical principles for effective pastoral ministry. From preaching and spiritual oversight to team building and servant leadership, students will learn how to lead with wisdom, humility, and the heart of a shepherd. Whether you’re preparing for full-time ministry or growing as a leader in your local church, this course will challenge and inspire you to lead with purpose, passion, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Indigenous Ministry 2

3.0 credits | Roberta Fiddler

Indigenous Ministry 2 builds upon the foundational principles introduced in the first course, taking students deeper into the heart of relational ministry, reconciliation, and spiritual leadership within Indigenous communities. Led by Roberta Fiddler, this course explores practical ministry approaches and the importance of walking in humility and mutual honour. Students will be challenged to reflect on their own ministry posture, engage with real life applications, and grow in their ability to serve as bridge-builders between cultures. With a strong emphasis on Spirit-led wisdom, this course empowers believers to minister with greater understanding, sensitivity, and lasting impact.

Outreach Ministry

1.5 credits | Evangelist Brad Mayer

Outreach Ministry is a hands-on, faith-building course designed to equip believers to reach out in various practical ways and impact their communities. Taught by Evangelist Brad Mayer, this class focuses on practical strategies for effective outreach, Spirit-led evangelism, and building bridges to reach hearts in every walk of life. Students will explore Biblical models of outreach, learn how to communicate the message of Jesus with clarity and compassion, and discover their unique role in fulfilling the Great Commission. Covering topics like prison ministry, street ministry, seniors outreaches, and drama ministry, you will learn how to reach out from within your local church. Whether in your neighborhood or on the mission field, this course will inspire and prepare you to be a bold witness for Christ.

Minor Prophets of the Old Testament

3.0 credits | Rev. Lorna Martin

Minor Prophets of the Old Testament is a rich and revelatory course that uncovers the powerful messages found in the often-overlooked books from Hosea to Malachi. Taught by Rev. Lorna Martin, this class explores the historical context, prophetic voices, and enduring relevance of each book, revealing God’s heart for justice, mercy, and covenant faithfulness. Students will gain a deeper understanding of how these prophetic writings speak to both Israel’s past and our present walk with God. Through study and discussion, you’ll be equipped to hear the urgency, hope, and holiness that echo through these timeless texts.


Ministry

Engagement

We believe that real growth happens when believers get plugged in and put their faith to work! That’s why a ministry practicum—be it in the local church, outreach ministry, or missions—is an essential part of each student’s program.

At the beginning of the semester, students will be assigned to an approved ministry partner—in the local church, outreach ministry, missions agency, etc.—who will ensure that they are given opportunities to serve and put the knowledge and skills they are receiving to work in practical ways.

Missions Trip - Guatemala | NOVEMBER 2025

3.0 credits max.

Students will have the option to travel to Guatemala in November 2025 to experience crusade evangelism and practical missions outreach. Installing water filters and life-saving stoves are some of the ways we show Christ’s love in communities. Consider joining this life-altering trip where your faith will be bolstered, your character will be strengthened, and your walk with God will take on a new depth!

Ministry Engagement | WINTER 2026

3.0 credits max.

This is where things get real! At the beginning of the semester, students will be assigned to an approved ministry partner—in the local church, outreach ministry, missions agency, etc.—who will ensure that they are given opportunities to serve and put the knowledge and skills they are receiving to work in practical ways.
